 abbiamo attraversato il confine con lo zambia dalla namibia ... caprivi strip ... a katima mulilo

da li una giovanissima madre 'grace' ci ha venduto la SIM locale ..sempre la prima cosa da fare appena arrivati in unuovo paese ...

siamo poi  partiti dopo una notte accampati sotto un'enorme baobab sulla riva dello zambesi ...il quarto fiume più lungo dell'africa che alimenta le victoria falls le enormi cascate presso livingstone

partiti per livingstone siamo passati per una zona poverissima e una strada a pezzi ... 4 h 30 per fare 150 km ! ...  qui la gente sopravvive vendendo legna carbone e pesce secco a pochissimi transitanti

a  kasungula abbiamo visto il nuovissimo ponte sullo zambesi che permette andarein botwana e abbiamo raggiunto livingstone e le famose cascate

we crossed the zambian border from namibia ... caprivi strip ... to katima mulilo  

a very young mother 'grace' sold us the local SIM .. always the first thing to do as soon as we arrived in a new country ...  

we then left after a night camping under a huge baobab on the bank of the zambezi ... the fourth longest river in africa that feeds the victoria falls the huge waterfalls at livingstone 

left for livingstone we passed through a very poor area and a broken road ... 4 h 30 to cover 150 km! ... here people survive by selling wood, charcoal and dried fish to very few passersby in kasungula 

we saw the brand new bridge over the Zambezi that allows you to go to botwana and we reached livingstone and the famous waterfalls
