TANZANIA / KIGOMA

prima di attraversare il confine con il rwanda siamo tornati a kigoma dove 39 anni fa abbiamo preso una vecchia  nave tedesca dell'epoca della colonia...il  LIEMBA ... per visitare il sud del lago tanganika ... la nave è ancora in servizio!

kigoma è una bellissima cittadina sul tanganika ... una vecchia stazione sempre tedesca della colonia e un camping sul lago con zebra ... gatta e coccodrilli 

la gatta mangia patate e fagioli ... a cena si è pappata 3 patate e un mestolo di fagioli e cipolle ... ALTRO CHE CROCCANTINI E SCATOLETTE gourmet per cui spendiamio più di quello che buona parte degli africani poveri spende per vivere 😡🤬🤬🤬 ... al mio ritorno a casa metto a dieta i miei 2 gatti (pako e pesty) a patate e carote 

dei coccodrilli ce ne siamo accorti solo dopo aver fatto tradurre il cartello sulla costa ...KUNA MAMBA (ci sono coccodrilli)  ! ma avevamo già fatto il bagno!

before crossing the border into rwanda we went back to kigoma where 39 years ago we took an old german ship from the colonial era ... the LIEMBA ... to visit the south of lake tanganyika ... the ship is still in service! 

 

 kigoma is a beautiful town on Tanganyika ... an old German station of the colony and a camping on the lake with zebra ... cat and crocodiles  

 

the cat eats potatoes and beans ... for dinner she ate 3 potatoes and a ladle of beans and onions ... certainly NOT tha gourmet food for which we spend more than what most poor Africans spend on living 😡🤬🤬 🤬 ... on my return home I put my 2 cats (pako and pesty) on a diet with potatoes and carrots  

 

we only noticed hat there were crocodiles after having translated the sign on the coast ... KUNA MAMBA (there are crocodiles)! but we had already taken a bath!
