diciamo che se in altri parchi africani bisogna fare kilometri in 'deep sands' (come nel kalahari) per vedere 2 giraffe e 4 gnu nell'etosha basta aspettare nelle numerose pozze d'acqua esistenti per vedere di tutto e di più...
il contesto è abbastanza turistico e quindi con meno pathos che negli altri parchi visitati (okawango, kalahari, sketeton coast .... ) ma la vista di mandrie di bestioni compensa,
e di notte è veramente un tripudio (per 45 € si può fare un night drive a luci infrarosse che non sono percepite dagli animali e che permette avvicinarsi come a 5 mt da un gruppo di leoni che avevano appena divorato una zebra ... la carcassa della zebra era a 20 mt dai gattoni ben pasciuti circondata da un sacco di iene ... vedi foto in rosso)

and at night it is truly a riot (for € 45 you can do a night drive with infrared lights that are not perceived by animals and that allows you to get close as much as 5 meters from a group of lions that had just devoured a zebra ... the carcass of the zebra was 20 meters from the well-fed cats surrounded by a lot of hyenas ... see photo in red)
