Recipie VI - ugali alla pizzaiola ! - slice the ugali - in a pan fry chopped fresh tomatoe with garlic and tymus (or oregan) without letting the sauce drying too much, ad the sliced ugali and cover with mozzarella cheese -
tap the pan with a lid, the pizzaiola is ready when the the mozzarella is well melted ......
serve alone like a starter or combined with rice, managu green leafs (Solanum sspp) and beans - 😋😋😋
